Awana Clubs

Awana is a worldwide nonprofit ministry focused on providing Bible-based evangelism and discipleship solutions for ages 3 to 18. As the global leader in child and youth discipleship, Awana gives children the opportunity to know, love and serve Jesus, no matter their background.

We are disciples making disciples. Reaching more than 6 million kids on a weekly basis, God is using Awana around the world to form tomorrow's Christian leaders from today's children and youth. We have a front-row seat to see what happens when churches grasp the vision of reaching kids with the transformational power of God's Word.

Awana meets on Wednesdays at 6:00pm-7:30pm with a cheap family meal at 5:15pm. Kids eat free. Adults eat for $5.

Kids Camp

Our purpose is to provide a unique opportunity for all youth to connect with God and experience his presence through prayer, Bible study, small group activities, and recreation. Our program is designed to help you grow in your faith and equip you to do the work of your ministry, and our promise is to do everything in our power to bring you closer to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Located in Gary, Texas on 54 acres, our facilities include 19 air-conditioned cabins and 4 air-conditioned and heated dorms, as well as small tabernacles for group activities. Join us for a summer of growth, adventure, and fun as we discover what God has in store for us!

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—your questions, your hopes, your turning points—and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.

How It Works

  • Browse our upcoming events to find the one that feels right for you. We host events year-round in all different locations and climates.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.
