Kids Ministry at Woodridge Baptist Church

At Woodridge Baptist Church our kids (infant through 6th grade) experience a safe, age-appropriate environment where they can learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.

We would love to see you and your family visit Woodridge Kids. To find the best way to get to Woodridge Baptist Church you can find our location here.

Your first visit

Here’s what to expect when visiting Woodridge Kids for the first time.

When you first arrive there sould be a couple of people greeting you and pointing you in the right direction. They will meet your family, and walk you to the appropriate area to check your child in. Once there, you will be asked to fill out a form by our registration desk leader. After that, one of our volunteers will walk your children to their class. Then you may head to worship or a small group and enjoy worship knowing that your children are safe and having a blast!

Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information ( NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share any of this information with anyone):

  • Parent/Guardian name(s)

  • Child’s name

  • Child’s Birth date

  • Home address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

How check-in works

Before Service: You can check in your child at our registration desk in the front of the ministry. Then you will be given a security tag with a specific code for your child. Whoever is picking up your child will need to bring that security tag back to the registration desk in order for us to release your child.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to the registration desk and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

During service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will text the phone number provided at check-in. In the event that you receive a text message from us, we ask you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.
